The Industrial Projects Division provides construction services for the Oil and Gas, Petrochemicals, Refinery, Fertilizer, Power and Utilities and Mining Industries, covering Civil, Structural, Piping, Equipment, Electrical and Instrumentation Works. The services range from world class Project Management, Project Planning, Procurement, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Services.

The Project Services are available on modular-type requirements and can provide tailor-made solutions attuned to the needs of each client. JAL International provides a construction management team staffed with highly skilled personnel to supervise the workforce consigned to the construction, installation and commissioning activities. Its responsibility involves overseeing and monitoring the activities of the commissioned contractors and ensures that the performance output is in accordance with the contract specifications and requirements.
